Hubei Daming Expands Stainless Steel Supply for Southeast Asia Export Equipment Projects

Hubei Daming has expanded its stainless steel processing and supply service for a manufacturing equipment customer supporting export projects in Vietnam, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian markets.

The customer required a diversified stainless steel material range covering 1.0 mm to 30 mm thickness, with strict requirements on dimensional consistency, surface quality, and delivery reliability for end-use equipment applications.

To support this demand, Hubei Daming provided an integrated solution covering material sourcing, incoming inspection, precision processing, and full-process traceability quality control. Multiple technical reviews were conducted with the customer at the early stage to align specifications and inspection standards.

A pilot order of over 10 tons was first delivered to validate processing stability and surface performance. Following successful verification, the project was scaled into continuous batch supply.

Current performance has stabilized at 200+ tons per month, with zero quality complaints and 100% on-time delivery across all batches. The processed stainless steel materials have been applied in the customer’s paper industry equipment projects in Southeast Asia, supporting stable field operation and export execution.

The customer’s export program continues to expand, with further cooperation under discussion. Hubei Daming will continue to strengthen its integrated supply capability and quality control system to support global industrial customers with stable, export-ready material solutions.
