Dne 6. ledna byla dokončena předchlazovací fáze a úspěšně naplněna kapalinou skladovací nádrž č. 10 největší zásobní základny LNG (zkapalněného zemního plynu) v Číně, CNOOC Yancheng "Green Energy Port", což znamená úspěšné uvedení do provozu první nezávisle vyvinuté, navržené a postavené skladovací nádrže CNOOC o objemu 270 000 metrů krychlových LNG s největší kapacitou jedné nádrže na světě.

Tato operace ověřila bezpečnost a spolehlivost klíčových technických ukazatelů skladovací nádrže a poskytla dobrou referenci pro technické použití 270 000 metrů krychlových skladovacích nádrží na LNG v Číně, což naznačuje, že technologie návrhu a konstrukce ultra velkoobjemových skladovacích nádrží na LNG v naší zemi dosáhla přední světové úrovně. Lze v ní uskladnit 119 000 tun LNG, což může zajistit dva měsíce života na plynu pro 22 milionů obyvatel, což odpovídá snížení emisí oxidu uhličitého o 200 000 tun. Daming LNG tank prefabrication service strength

Compared with traditional small and medium-sized LNG storage tanks, the design and construction difficulties of large LNG storage tanks have increased exponentially while the capacity and size have increased. Based on the project delivery plan and actual material delivery, relying on rich experience in 9Ni steel processing and the performance advantages of advanced equipment such as Linsinger automatic milling machine, Daming actively cooperated with Taigang to complete the prefabrication of the inner tanks of two 220,000 m³ and four 270,000 m³ LNG storage tanks in the first phase with high quality and efficiency, with a total processing volume of 13,800 tons.

At present, Daming has served more than 70 LNG tanks and more than 100,000 tons of material prefabrication processing, covering more than 40% of LNG receiving terminals from Guangxi to Caofeidian, Tianjin, and has gained the unanimous recognition and thanks from LNG project sites, and will gradually develop overseas LNG projects and land-based LNG receiving terminals in the future.
